- We envision a church where believers are discipled, understand their God-given gifts and are equipped, empowered, and strongly encouraged to use these gifts for the advancement of God’s kingdom. We envision this discipleship building the whole person; physical, financial, spiritual, emotional, relational, etc. (Ephesians 4:11-16; Romans 12:3-8)
- We envision a church that is making a significant investment in reaching and developing the Next Generation of believer’s. (Deuteronomy 6:7)
- We envision a church whose mission for evangelism and outreach begins at home with spouses and children, then extends to our workplace/school, community, nation and world. (Acts 1:8; Matthew 28:18-20)
- We envision a church where our worship to God (in services and lifestyle) is powerful, life-changing, and demands a response. (John 4:23-24; Hosea 6:6)

- We envision a church using its resources wisely, ensuring proper management of time, finances, facilities and ministries. (Matthew 24:14-30)
- We envision a church driven by vision, experiencing dynamic growth and planting churches in this region. (Ephesians 3:20-21; Acts 13:1-5)
