The CCF Healing and Reconciliation Ministries are a community resource that expresses God’s love to people hurting from Life’s brokenness through various healing ministries designed to address emotional, spiritual, relational, and physical needs which includes Care and Counseling Ministry, Benevolence, Food Pantry, and more.
Care and Counseling Ministry (CCM), is a team of dedicated care providers offering compassionate and confidential support to those experiencing life difficulties. The CCM provides supportive listening, prayer and presence to come alongside those who are hurting to help shape healthy decision making. Using biblical based principles of scripture and care training guidance, the CCM is available at times of sickness bereavement, grief, loss, family discord and life uncertainties. wisdom of discernment, compassionate and confidential pastoral care and life coaching are used to help those suffering from soul wounds.
